Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can directly support individuals on their path to recovery?

One Twelve Treatment Facility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Treatment Center Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and creating a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Monitor client behavior and report any changes or concerns to clinical staff.
• Participate in group activities and provide positive reinforcement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Complete accurate documentation of client progress and interactions.
• Uphold confidentiality standards and ensure client privacy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in a healthcare or social service setting (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Patience and a positive attitude.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
